Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms of Service. All orders are subject to availability. Dispatch times may vary subject to any delay for which we will not be responsible. Jean Home reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
If your order is accepted, we will inform you via email. When placing an order, you hereby undertake that all details that you have provided to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and shall not constitute any form of acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a final confirmation via e-mail verifying that the goods have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the final confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Upon receiving your order our payment merchant will carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though our website. Jean Home reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. We are strictly not obligated to inform you of any upcoming promotions or promo code beyond the current or existing promotion or promo codes. Every promotion and promo code will be subjected to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the promo code is issued.
A promo code may only be redeemed once for each customer. These codes may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts/promotions. Only one (1) promotion/voucher/promo code may be used per order.
Change of service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without providing any prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) and/or products without further notice to you. We are not liable to any purchaser and/or or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change any any period of time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made through this site shall be void if the promotion is prohibited.
30 days guarantee period
We provide 30 days guarantee period calculated from the date of delivery date. Kindly email your inquiry and/or complaints (if any) with pictures of the item and its condition to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Item”. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Goods is returned to Jean Home within the 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the said Goods subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Return Policy.
To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, confirmation email, and order number.
Please note that by making a purchase you are also bound to the following conditions:
- Reasons for return/ exchange has to be reasonable. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered a dissatisfied item with the reason such as slight colour variation/slight design variation(motif/print). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the bed sheets for reasons because you do not like the product, we will reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, not give you a refund.
- If the bed sheets has been damaged or stained, you will not be granted a return or refund. We are unable to accept the returns of any washed or used products.
- The bed sheet must be returned back with the packaging box in its original condition with all the tags still attached.
- Free gift with purchased items must be sent back with your order. If the Free Gift is not returned, the product value will be deducted from the overall refund due.
- Our 30 days guarantee period only applicable to one bed sheet set per customer / household. If you order a new set after having returned any purchased bed sheets before, the 30 days return policy will not apply on your next order.
- Kindly note that Jean Home does not cover the shipping cost to send the sheets back to us or to send any new sheets to you.
- The refund will be processed directly via the bank to the card used or to the bank account that you have used to purchase it.
Jean Home delivers to the entire Malaysia for free by using a third-party delivery service.
We provide free express shipping for
- West Malaysia -FREE shipping for all orders above RM150.00 or flat rate of RM8. The period of delivery will be approximately 3-5 working days.
- East Malaysia - FREE shipping for orders above RM400.00 or flat rate of RM40. The period of delivery will be approximately 7-14 working days.
- Singapore - FREE shipping for orders above S$150 or flat rate of S$22. The period of delivery will be approximately 7-14 working days. Wherein for purchases above S$400, the Goods are subject to government tax.
After we received your order, we will then process your orders within 24-48 hours (Saturdays & Sundays are excluded) of orders being placed. Your order should reach you within 3-5 working days from the dispatch date. Custom embroidery will take 7-14 days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.
Local orders which are placed before 1pm on business days will be processed and dispatched on the day itself. Please take note that delivery time are subjected to our third-party delivery partner's schedule.
Important Information in regards to the Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only. They do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Tracking numbers will be emailed once items have been shipped.
These are estimated dates and peak seasons which might affect the estimated delivery. The delivery duration from the courier company is out of our control and might be delayed especially during festive season/peak season. Festive season/peak season holidays include New Years, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Independence Day, Deepavali, Christmas Day etc. To avoid disappointment, please make your orders as early 12 days before the holidays.
After we have dispatched out your parcel to the courier company, we will not be responsible/liable for your parcels.
If you have yet to receive your parcel within the estimated days, it might be at the nearest post office after failed delivery attempts. You may call the courier company to track the last whereabouts of your parcel and personally retrieve it from the courier office.
Unclaimed parcels will be posted back to our warehouse and you will have to pay for the reshipping costs according to initial shipping cost. If you are not able to accept delivery, you must contact Jean Home before the parcel is being shipped out, you may email to email@example.com. to reschedule the said delivery.
Please take note that delivery time is subject to our third-party delivery partner's and cannot be scheduled. This entirely subject to availability by our third-party delivery partner, and not Jean Home.
When you visit thejeanhome.com or send e-mails to us, you will be communicating with us electronically. Thus, you are also consenting to be able to accept service/ communications electronically. We will communicate with you though e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You also hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
