Q. What are the Jean Home bed sheets made of?

Our products are contain 100%  TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers made from cellulose which is found from certified material wood.  

Q. How deep are the Jean Home fitted bed sheets?

We manufacture 40cm (16 inches) deep-pocket bed sheets, compatible for mosts mattress heights.

Q. What is the thread count?

One of the most highlighted features of bed sheets is the thread count. This is determined by how many horizontal and vertical threads are in a square inch of the fabric. Our sheets are 900 luxurious thread count. 

Q. What does OEKO-TEX® certified means?

Our sheets are OEKO-TEX® certified, the sheets manufactured without using any harmful chemical. We ensure that our sheets suitable for people with sensitive skin and even babies.

Q. Can I still return an item even if it's been washed?

Unfortunately we will not accept returns if the bed sheets have been washed, stained /soiled. Kindly note that the sheets can only be returned or refunded if they are still in original packaging with all tags still attached.

Q. How do I care and wash the Jean Home bed sheets?

• Machine wash with cold water and on gentle cycle.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not soak the fabric.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Recommend letting them air dry naturally.
• Cool iron if required.

Q. How much the postage and delivery time?

• West Malaysia - Free shipping for orders above RM150 or flat rate of RM8. The period of delivery will be approximately 3-5 working days.
• East Malaysia - Free shipping for orders above RM400 or flat rate of RM40. The period of delivery wil be approximately 7-14 working days.
• Singapore - Free shipping for order above S$150 or flat rate of S$22. The period of delivery will be approximately 7-14 working days. Wherein for purchases above S$400, the GOODS are subject to government tax.
